Hunt Oil Road Feedback

We travelled the Hunt Oil Road with a Toyota Landcruiser Troopy on 31.3/1.4. this year. The track was as described on Exploroz - strong spinifex growth, the track also becomes overgrown from the sides in places. Added some scratches to the paint of the vehicle. Awesome scenery, but very deep washouts, which required some bush bashing. Be extremely aware of the fire risk due to spinifex build-up under the vehicle. Radiator protection absolutely necessary to prevent clogging by spinifex seam. Took one and a half days to do the Hunt Oil Road.
