Hema Navigator Problem Fixed

Recently I had a problem with both the 4WD and Street Nav sections of my 4.3" Hema Navigator purchased from ExplorOz in September 08. After contact with Hema, I sent it to them. According to the return sheet, they "reflashed/reimaged the unit. supplied a new 12V car adaptor and apparently updated the maps and software"
Cost???????
Zero (other than the cost of sending the unit to them)
I was pleased with that after sales service.
