Hi, I have just had an ipod cable installed in my 2008 VRX pajero and I cannot for the life of me work it. It was installed by the dealer can anyone tell me how to do it.

Greatly appreciated

Have you accessed ipod on the mode button of your MMMC? Have you downloaded songs onto your ipod? Is it switched on? When you turn the pwr switch on so that the audio system is on, you can access, AM,FM,Disc & ipod. If this is not happening then it's "Wallaby Ted's Brother" If all else fails have the nice man at your dealership explain it to you or if you feel like you dont' wish to do that, read your book on the MMMC Unit....there is some real interesting stuff in it. Hope this helps....signed fellow VRX man

Sarjane

I have a Kenwood cd/mp3 player, installed in my 2001 Patrol. and got a $20 Ipod connector from China, it plugs in the back, where the CD stacker cables go..

I run an 120 Gig Ipod, all the time.

Try pressing the mode button, on your Radio, and get up, on the screen "disc change", or stacker mode. auxillery unput, something like that
I had to do this on my radio, you might have to run the same, to get the player to recognise your ipod.

Hope that makes sence
Cheers

Thank you all for your replies. If you hold down the CD button AUX will appear and then you can use your ipod.

Cheers
