Recently I had a problem with my LC76 Work Mate Wagon, that is to say the vehicle was tram tracking whether I was Towing my Kedron Top Ender or not. I had spoken to 3 service managers at Toyota dealerships explaining the problem and I was told to get a wheel alignment, which was costly to me. Whilst travelling in Victoria I received my copy of the CMCA magazine "The Wanderer" in the mag was a article on the "TRUCK WHISPERER". I therefore contacted Ken Dennis at Benalla. After describing my problem he simply state he could fix it, and he went in to some detail of what had to be done to rectify my problem with my truck. But being at Hamilton it was not convenient to return to Benalla. so he told me he had franchise at Mt Gambier. I had the job done and I am over the moon, the truck drives like a limousine I can't even feel pot holes through the steering. It like drive a sedan car down a new free way no kick, no tram tracking and delightful to drive with van or not. I can honestly say that Ken Dennis and his crew are truly "TRUCK WHISPERERS"

Ken can be contacted on toll free 1800 825 565, or

They would not let me see what they did as it was a closed workshop but I can tell the Difference is out of this world. The truck drives even better than what was told to expect. unfortunately my wife who was reluctant to drive it before now wants drive all the time much to my angst. Ken Dennis is what he says he is "THE TRUCK WHISPERER"

While I've heard a couple of 1st hand reports of severe handling problems being resolved there on F trucks we've had a couple of Isuzu work trucks in with pretty poor results. On the test drives he talked up the improvement but to be honest it was minimal & the $500 for 2 hours work was a bit steep considering the outcome.
He's very secretive on what he actually does & seeing there appears to be no new parts used poses the questions do they bend the axle to correct front end geometry or do they just tighten up loose bolts??
Out of intrest what price are they charging these days Tex?
Cheers raig............

Adjust the steering box or rack,,, Grease the greasable joints... what can he really do without moving the vehicle... more like the truck fiddler.... Michael

$340.00 plus GST. yes it is a lot of money but I can say it fixed my little wagon and I'm very pleased with the job. I know there some who complain about the price but what price do you put on safety. It does not mater what you do there will be people who complain no matter what. I am extremely happy with the results of the work done on my vehicle and no matter what the detractors say Dennis did a good job.

Have a look at your ball joints. Do they have grease nipples? Are there some that now have grease nipples that didn't have before?
I know that at least one of the things that can be done is to inject a polymer into the joint to tighten it up.

Regards Mike.
