Where are the NT fuel prices gathered from???

In Alice Springs the pricing is no where near what's shown on the above chart...

PULP is on average around $1.54/l
ULP is banned in Central Australia - it's been replaced by OPEL fuel which is a ULP substitute that can't be sniffed and buggers your car (highly recommended to NOT use it), but it's around $1.45/l from memory.
Can't remember what diesel is priced at in town but last time I was out of town you could pay up to $1.90/l or some times more!

If the above chart is based on NT wide pricing then that's ok, but I doubt it and guess that it's only representative of the state/territory capitals in these charts.

Simon,

There has been no updates to the Fuel Prices since July 09. I think they sourced the info from Shell who now do not share the info and therefore the fuel prices have not been updated.

Thanks Sir Kev
Trying to work out a bit of a budget for the trip (to keep the school teacher wife happy,) and have difficulty trying to average a fuel price.
I thought it must have been me pushing the wrong buttons, as usual.
Is there another way to get fuel price info on the Web.
Cheers
Russ

Russ,

Try this link.

There is also a few other places listed on that site for more localised fuel prices by the looks of it.
