Hi All, We have had some problems with a tandem axle Trailcraft 18' caravan coming from Perth, arrived Broome ok but just before have done a wheel bearing and the stub axle not looking good. Some grooves and bits been scored on axle and the brakes and magnets totally gone.

Can you please suggest repairers in Broome and any other info. Thanks, Richie.

CAnt really recommend a caravan repairer, but whatever you do stay clear off the local ARB dealer. I wont mention there name or for what reasons, but locals even steer clear.

Hi All
Thanks for your replies.

Caravan fixed yesterday and all seems ok. New axle and brakes ordered from Perth and fitted by Broome Suspensions in Port Rd, small business which seemed reasonable value although it cost a few $$ and they were very obliging.

Better to spend a few extra days in Broome than some other places. Will be on the road again in the next day or two and will need to check bearings and wheels just in case.

Regards, Richie.
