Hi,
I'm setting up Oziexplorer on a laptop for the car. After looking at many, many gps mice, I am a bit confused by the choices.
I definitely prefer usb and not bluetooth.
Sirf 3 or Venus 6?
Data logger or not?
How many channels?
Any ideas and/or links to buy one?
Thanks!

Well you probably won't find a "mopuse" anywhere.... lol.. but I can recommend a the BU-353 USB mouse GPS sold in the
shop on this site or lots of online stores. Just make sure it's the same as sold
here
regards

Get the Globalsat BU 353, available from the Ozi store or from ebay.

Prefer to use a Garmin eTrek and can log the tracks and use the Garmin unit on bicycle and walking. Bought Garmin eTrek Legend Hcx with mapping and also does full auto routing. Like having the Garmin and Ozi together.

Hi Woodsey
Like a couple of the above, you can not go past the BU-353. I use one of these plus Garmin GPS units for other reasons.
Cheers

I have a BU-353 as
well- bought it cheap from Taiwan on Ebay last year. It works
well and is magnetic too so you can stick it to somewhere next to the window in your car.
