Shap.edge

My understanding is that it is the same block. If that is the case it should be an easy fit.

However, because the 4.5 is more powerful than any engine option offered in the GQ you would need an engineer to tick it off.

I will gladly defer to anothers more intricate knowledge on this one.

I had someone chuck a u turn in front of me, and i 'T' boned him. My insurance company came to the conclusion it wasn't written off. I had a full respray done, and new polished allow bull bar put on it.
Its a 94 manual Ti done 230kms. Its on LPG. The car is one owner and is in fantastic condition. The motor however is getting tired, and im trying to way up my options. Id prefer to keep it. Im just tossing up weather i go a full rebuild, conversion etc. I appreciate the feed back ive already received.

From memory there is a slight difference with the dizzies but the rest is bolt in. I swear I saw a thread on this on here a few years back.

As long as you plan to drive it into the grave as long as you remove the piece of cosmetic plastic with 4500 on it and dont get it engineered. There is no way in hell any inspection 'person' ever will check it unless you sell it.
