Hi
I had to send the memory card of my vms 430 away for a free upgrade.
Before I did this I transferred all way points etc across from vms to the PC.
The new card has arrived and I can not transfer from PC to the new memory card.
Could some explain how I could do this ??
I have tried the web site but there is not much help on this issue.

Maybe they also upgraded the card to the super high density one which needs a different card reader to the standard card.
I had to get a new card reader when I got a new VMS unit.

Hi, If the card has SDHC on it now a lot of built in card readers will not read them , I got one from Cheap as Chips here in Pirie for $12.00 .
Works great,
Cheers Des.

Hi Lachie,
If you go onto the VMS website and look under manuals there is a PDF on transferring data from pc to GPS and back. I haven't tried it but it seems simple enough.
What was the free upgrade?

Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
The up date was for whereis 15.1 to 16.1. There is also an update for memory map.
Have updated and transferred data across.
