Has anyone fitted a 180lt Long
Ranger tank to a 78 Troopy with the
Beaudesert exhaust and Kaymar twin rear carrier? Do any of these mods foul the installation?
Is there a favoured brand on here for these long range tanks i.e Brown Davis or Long
Ranger and any standout pros or cons with either?
Cheers
John

Hi John,
Just installed a 129L LR
tank and
Beaudesert 2 3/4" exhaust to my Isuzu Dmax and no problems.
Beaudesert exhausts will fit in the exact postion of your original exhaust. If you are unsure give them a bell.
Cheers

I have a 180lt Long
Ranger tank on my Troopy with a Kaymar twin rear carrier. No problems at all. I have not yet changed the exhaust system so I can't advise on the exhaust

An exhaust can be bent out of the way more easily than a
tank can be .
I have had 2 Long
Ranger tanks and IMHO they are "The Best"

Thanks for the replies, yes the Kaymar is no problem but the
Beaudesert exhaust may just foul slightly on one corner but can adjusted to fit.
