hi, just a gday to the the fellows who were at
the rock today. one in a Green Hilux parked at the base near where the climbers were risking their lives and a white Toyota troopie parked in the sunset viewing area. perfect day her at Uluru today, fantastic sunset! shame the nights are so
dam cold! but wouldnt swap it for anywhere else! hope you guys had a good day too!

They weren't us, but we were there too - arrived Saturday and left last Monday. Spent all Sunday doing walks at the Olgas - didn't do much around
the rock except visit the cultural centre which was overrun by schoolkids!
We hadn't been there for a long time, so were just checking out what had changed.

I think i saw your truck getting about and in the
campground (might not have been you) we were camped up the back near the big dune in a camper trailer. We did
the Rock & Cultural centre on Sunday and the Olgas Monday.
Sunsets at
the rock both days were awesome. I agree about the kidlets- plenty of them!
i hope you enjoyed the weekend anyway!
