This is a call out to anyone that is going to be at the Wiluna National Gathering... I'm after a few people that would be willing to volunteer their time to assist me with the day-to-day general running of things that will crop up during the days of the gathering. I would just like to know in advance a couple of names and know that I can depend on a few core people to delegate things to, or share the load.

Thanks, Michelle

Hi Michelle,
This might also be an opportunity to ask if anyone is bringing along their Bocce Balls and also if they would be willing to supervise a little competition.

Yes, so who is coming and has a set of Bocce balls they are willing to bring? would be good to gather together a couple of sets and have a bit of a comp. Doesn't matter if they are coloured one or the silver type. Whatever you have is good. Thanks!

Hi David & Michelle
I've got a couple of Bocce sets [1 silver & 1 coloured] that I'll stick in the camper for use at the "Gathering".

Hi David & Michelle
We'll be leaving on Friday early arvo, and after having a bit of a squiz at the statues on Lake Ballard, hopefully arriving at Wiluna on Sunday a few hours before sunset , if all things go to plan.
Cheers

Hi David and Michelle,
We will be up on the Saturday and are both willing to help out where we can. We are coming up early so can help in anyway we can.
Did they have raffles at the other Nationals and would you like some of us to bring up prizes.
Cheers Brian and Julie

We have secured a number of wonderful items to raffle from the ExplorOz advertisers/business members and we have ExplorOz merchandise, and other items that Adele has donated from the ExplorOz Shop. My biggest concern is actually getting some of this stuf to Wluna as we have quickly accumulated a lot of stuff that will not fit in with us (and we are leaving everything behind it seems to fit the 4 of us, swags and not much else other than necessary desert travel gear in our vehicle).

In regards to help during the event, thanks I have your name down and will come looking for you!
See you there - 4 sleeps till we leave.

Hi Michelle,

we will be arriving in Wiluna on the 25th. Let me know if there is anything we can do before or during the gathering.

Hi Evren - sorry to not have replied earlier, time got away. I've got your name down on my helpers list and will come looking for you when its time to delegate a few jobs :-)

Have you left yet? Just looking for people to help us cart up some stuff.

thanks,
Michelle
