Hi,
I tried a search but didn't get anything particularly useful. I was planning on using this outfit to rent a Jeep to take over to Fraser Island. However alarm bells are going off in my head. Everything has to be paid in full up front, including a $500 deposit, some $1200 in total for a week. All I have is a computer generated invoice, the web page and a phone number that is either not answered at all, or answered by a simple hello and, "oh sorry, I'm not in the office, I can't help you."
Anyone used this outfit before? Experiences?
