Never Heard of Load Hog, Have mates that swear by Ironman Load Plus, bolts straight onto your leaf spring, is progressive and adjustable, seems to really work, I`de get one if I had a leaf sping truck. costs around $120 bucks.

Just took a set of Iron man helpers off a Hilux I have just traded, they worked a treat carrying a load , boat on top, towing a van etc. They are a half spring setup, bolt onto the rear section of the spring and easy to fit. They are not recomended for four wheel drive work though, not sure of the reason but I suspect it has something to do with restricting spring travel.
