Howdy Kanga1, yes I've put my hand up again to partake this year. With my learnings from last year, I hope to be better prepared and looking for a great week.

Yep me and my mate are doing it again. Other mate wants us to join them in a flying finish team.

Last year did all and sundry. Worst day was the return trip from the Lake Miningwal section. We were up at 4.00 on the road by 4.15 & at our road closure by dawn. Our section finished Sweep comes through you beaut time to head to Kal but no a FIV vehicle comes along and wants us to follow them out via the course due to them buggering up 2 tyres. I plugged the leaks twice but when we finally got on the Nippon Hwy their luck ran out so called in a chopper with a new tyre and wheel. We ended up hitting a roo and finally getting into Kal at 9 that night.

A bugger of a day to say the least. LOL

Hi Dunc, having a read of the newsletter the other day, looks like 100 + people have stuck their hands up to help out with it, I thought there might be 1 or 2 of the EO crew. I'll menber message you also, a bit closer to the event. Cheers Dunc. Kanga
