Question to the wise ones out there.

When using Ozi CE, I have read that you can draw on the map a planned track, personally I use Ozi on my PC to do this work. My problem is I know a couple of people that dont own PC's so they can't do the track draw on the PC and I am just wondering if someone can explain a way to do it, I know you are directed to use the Track Toolbar but this doesnt help if you cant find the toolbar LOL.
