Hi Allen,
I don't remember why we did it when we bought our van, but we sure are glad that we did. After a wash, many people will still ask if we polish our van.
Happy and safe travels when you get your van.

Hi there Allen, I
it would seem that you might be a bit bumbled fingered like me on the keyboard & left out some detail, it is so easy to do!! So maybe if you were to tell us just what it is that you would like an opinion about that has the potential to cost you a $1000, then I m pretty sure that someone on here will help you out.
Enjoy your new Van, it is a great way to travel. Cheers.

We're talking about vantec protection treatment for the caravan, see
http://forum.candm.com.au/archive/index.php/t-1945.html for some good info on the stuff. ;) The vantec website is light on for information for a product that is worth $1000 or so.
Hope that helps,
Andrew

That's the first time I have heard of Vantech, some time back while traveling towing the caravan, the front of the van was covered in splattered bugs and on arriving
home I had a hell of a job getting them off, they seemed to have baked on, I managed to remove them with tar and bug remover, after I was reading a thread on a caravan
forum and it was mentioned that a bloke used Mr Sheen, to polish his van and never had any trouble with crap on the van, I recently tried it, only took about 15 minutes to apply, and on our recent trip the van was covered in bugs ect even locusts when I got
home I just hosed the van and it looked brand new.
Cheers
