Cape Yorke

A good friend is intending to head up the Cape around August 10, and is wondering what the weathers been like up there - much rain?

And what sort of condition are the roads in - he's going in a pretty stock standard Jeep Cherokee and not towing anything...
thanks

Roads as good as you can expect, not much rain to speak of.

I just got back from a 2 week trip and the conditions are very good.

Except for Nolan's Creek which is quite deep, give it a bit more speed or walk it first to check the depth.

Try do the crossings with another vehicle if traveling on your own, you just need to wait a few minutes and another vehicle will arrive to help.
