Hi.
Yes I believe you can drive up and around Mt Torbreck now.
I can't remember seeing any seasonal road closure gates south of Eildon-Jamieson Road.

The Barnswell Plains road that passes picnic tables is closed , road 19 on map referenced below, not a long walk though.
