just how much would you expect to pay to have the bottom end and head rebuilt plus labour

its at mechanic
shop now having engine removed and checked out then he is contacting me

It would be more economical to get a reconditioned long motor from HM/ I did the exercise with a 2l Mazda about reco the head and have the bottom rebuilt by the local reconditioner,problem is you dont know if they do a rebore or or a hone,they tell u they do a rebore and charge for a rebore but do a hone ,so be wary.

pump
radiator
assorted hoses and belt
clutch?
