Hi all,
I'm looking for a nice place to
camp over xmas about 2 hours drive from
Brisbane that we can 4wd and swim and that is kids friendly?

Inskip point is one that we go to regularly. though over xmas it would be very crowded. we were there for the last three weeks of the school holidays last year and it wasnt very crowded. good swimming and great beaches and fraser is only 10 mins away. also
cooloola national park just up the road.

If you want to get away from
the beach try Mt Mee. The amount of swimming depends on the weather but plenty of bush and
hill type 4wding. Much shorter drive too.
