has anyone out there replaced the plunger on a thret bo porta loo any info availble

Not sure of your "thret bo" but on our Thetford Porta Potti it was easy to replace.
Sharp knife to cut the convoluted section - so you can get your fingers inside.
Simply pull the old pump up from the adhesive that holds it in place.
Carefully remove the hoses from the old pump and then push them onto the new pump.
Peel the tape off the adhesive on the new pump - then push it into place.
Have replaced 3 over the years.
