Just saw our" ban all 4wheel drives" old mate Harold on ACA,now he is all for councils using Radar guns which of course is not for revenue raising.Snake.

I interpreted it as him saying that it should be left to the police because council rangers could not be trusted to do the job properly.

ranger at a local council, lets just say he and his
ranger friends would probaly let him have a few torches in a few orifaces that he did know about, all in hand cuffs with biting attack dogs, and cattle prods.

Scooby was not in support of the council collecting speeding fines.
The council rep was at least honest - at the start he said that councils should be getting their slice of the revenue pie. Nothing about doing it to help reduce the accident rate.
