Thank to all those that replied to me about
Townsville. All it if was great information.
So my hubby and I have decided were moving n Jan.
Not exatly
townsville..but
Cairns.
Were trying tosave all our pennies. we need to buy some rof racks for a our patrol and a cargo barrier (any idea how much im going to be paying?)
Also decided on the Oztent. So looking forward to going shopping before the end of the month LOL
Edmonton is our area of choice to move to, and Hubby still has work there.

Good choice,
Cairns itself is not much, but you have the reef, rainforest and the Tablelands at your door. You will love it if you get out and have a look.
We like out blackwolf lite tent for quick and easy set up.

Hi Alarna,
Try the youth hostels.
Townsville and
Cairns are both "end of the line" destinations for international backpackers and most sell their stuff before flying out of the country. Each hostel will have a notice board and a for sale section. You can get real bargains there. Certianly for this kind of stuff.
