Hi Chris and Lindsay,
That was my old playground down around that area many moons ago. Had a
shack at Sundown Point for years and if 4wdriving was on the agenda it was either down to Balfour or the Cape.
Could get a few March Flies in Summer but the biggest concern was Quicksand on the Northern end of
the Beach, mainly on the
creek crossings. Travel in company with appropriate recovery gear and you should be OK.
A beautiful area of Tassie.
