Horsin' Around
Hi All,
I need advice. I will be towing a horse float (plus 2 horses ) from Whilltlesea to
Omeo cup weekend in November.
What do you think, Via Wangaratta or Via Traralgon?

via
Omeo would be easier - dual freeway to Traralgon, straight roads to
Bruthen, 40Km winding but reasonably wide road to Ensay then good road to
Omeo.
Harrietville - Hotham (50Km) is very steep in
places, very winding and horrible in bad (poor visibility) weather, but is spectacular in good weather. A
sign says not recommended for caravans.

Hell yeah. Go Highway one to Bairnsdale then to
Bruthen and up to
Omeo. Stop and spend heaps of your heard earned inTraralgon too. Thanks for that.
