Live Traffic NSW website goes live today providing info on current traffic, road works & special events across the State.

RTA Live Traffic Reports

I am just playing with it now and it seems quite comprehensive, with road conditions across the state. I am sure many will find it useful. I can't believe the RTA have actually done something that is handy and works.

No problems in Moulamein sport! Time to utilise all this technology to get the TVan out for a run OBJ.

Jack,
As a poor bugger who uses the F3 every day I can say that the info on the web site is usually a couple of hours old.

The UHF works well with gaining an accurate assesment of the roads.

I used to be in exactly the same position, travelling from the Central Coast to Seven Hills via the Berowra toll gates at one stage... and you are correct - the UHF is a great tool.

But with these cameras, you may be able to race home and see yourself on the F3 : )

Cheers

If you listen to 2Go on the radio, they broadcast live listener reports for the F3. Mind you some of the Dj's are hard to handle, eg not amusing imature and there radio ads are not much better..
