Just a query as to whether anyone knows if possible to disassemble (pull apart) top tank on 365 model. Have to get inside top tank as flush jet and pipe has decided to come away with o ring and is inside tank.
No obvious screws etc so not sure whether it can be done.
Cheers

I recommend you contact Thetford service centre via email or phone.
Our Thetford cassette loo just had some problems, and James at service centre there was wonderfully helpful. Had parts and repair instructions/diagrams in the mail to us in a flash. It was a very streamlined process, with just a 'twist' and no need for any screwdrivers or tools.
Chances are, the portapotti also has its own little 'twist' and you'll be solving your problem in no time.

Yes thanks for replies. Did a bit of research online and it appears to replace flushpipe and end nozzle you remove push bellow and go in thru there. I'll try BCF for spares.

hi mav 1
Have replaced my pump needed to cut bellows to access pump on Thetford Pottie. Is an easy task. Purchased replacement pump from BCF. Replacement is complete with sealant aready in place. only need to twist old pump and break seal.
