Immobilizer stopped working how to fix

Immobilizer stopped working so i checked the fuses, all were okay, checked battery in hand piece all okay, i then pulled the plug from the signal box and bingo it reset itself, something i learned from the mines. Hope this can be of some help to someone in same situation.

Under the steering wheel remove the large plastic cover, on the r/h side is a plastic pipe its hidden behind it, also on the same large plastic cover there is a red light follow the wires and it will lead to the signal box.
