Firefox and Internet Explorer freeze or crash when tryiing to login

Garryk has had trouble trying to login to exploroz.

He says both freeze or crash when he tries to login.
All other forums he visits no troubles , only exploroz.

He has rebooted and deleted cookies from exploroz but no luck.

He can view forum but not login.

Any suggestions for him

Hi Pedro,
Down load a program called CCleaner, Download HERE
At the end of the installation UNCHECK add Yahoo tool bar.
He will find the program by right clicking the recycle bin, choose open CCleaner,
Analyze, then Run Cleaner.
After doing that click on the Icon that looks like a Rubic Cube, Scan for isuses, then click on the fix selected botton.
Don't save a backup. Shut down and try again to view the forum,.
BTW what Browser are they using?
Might be a security block in the tools section.
See how they go with that.

Delete all "temporary internet files" in the folder named that and try again

Hi Peter,

I suspect it's in his security settings in IE and Firefox. He may have it set at too high a high level?

You aren't the only one as every time I visit the forum Internet Explorer freezes up when I go to finish the session. I have done as the previous 2 repondants recommend yet still have the fault?? Any ideas please?
