Hi Bill and Netti,
I was on the GRR a month ago so can't really comment on current conditions for it or
Mitchell River NP. We had no problems with the usual large corrugations and bulldust patches. The
King Edward River to
Mitchell Falls Campground took us 2 and a half hours for the 78k's. We took it easy and didn't break anything. Others had towed camper trailers to the falls campground and they were in one piece.
Drysdale River Station have a babysitting book and you can leave your Caravan's and trailers free of charge if you are staying there. We were camped a fair way up the back and they allowed us to leave ours set up. Enjoy the trip.

Oh, and the people who run Drysdale are excellent. It was one of the most memorable
places that we stayed in our 12 week trip just for the welcome and assistance we recieved.
