A mate has just bought a second hand 'van from a dealer and he tells me there is no warranty required by law on second hand vans, at least in NSW, is this true ?
A big worry if you're laying out big bucks on a used van not that buying a new van is trouble free when it comes to claims under warranty.

It seems to be the case in QLD and WA anyhow, the states are all bringing in similar laws these days so I'd suspect NSW would be the same.
