Please help! I've Done all the research and now narrowed it down to two - I'm tossing up between a Trackabout Safari extenda and a Maintain Trail Extended Escape offroad. Both in my budget, both available when required, both have everything I need.

Any recommendations either way?

Has anyone had any problems with either of these models?

Regards
Luke

I've owned a Trackabout Safari for 9.5 years. It has done 1.5 laps of Oz including the Cape, GRR, Bungle Bungles, Flinders Ranges, Plenty Highway, Fraser Is, Stradbroke Is etc.

Great product and excellent after sales support. The company changed ownership about 8 years ago (guess) and I recently went back for some upgrades and I was treated just like a current client - Very well.

Hi luke, Our Trackabout just had its maiden voyage through the Blue Mountains. We are very happy with it. The longer draw bar makes it easier to back and even with our rear tyres we can jack knife it around tight corners. The kitchen is so easy. Our last camper was smaller with out the extras. This one makes camping a dream. We got it down to 20min set up. One thing we are going to do is buy a longer gas bottle lead so we don't have to take it out of its cradle. We would like the cover to be bigger to fit the kids swags in.
