Hello All
I'm looking for something that I can install on the dash of my 80 Series landcruiser to hold a cup. I've noticed a slot above my radio that looks like an accessory could slide into it. In fact the slot is empty but it looks like the previous owner had something bolted there. There's no room on the floor to put an accessory so am wondering if anyone has had any experience or knows of something out there that is useful.
Many thanks!

A lot of auto joints sell a cup holder that attaches to the side windows. It use to hold a large mcdonalds cup years ago, but not sure of size now.
Personally having a cup on the dash, i think would be asking for it to either end up on you lap, or if hot would steam up front window, blocking vision.

Check a boating
shop, they usually have heaps of different style cup holders. Maybe even try Whitworths online or BCF. There is one that slots into the DIN radio slot. You press is and it slides out, and then you can just push it back in when not in use. Looks very factory, dont know how strong they are though.
This is it

Same one here, just better picture

Hi, if your 80 series is between 95 and 97 you can get an OEM Toyota cup holder for the small slot in the dash above the radio. It's not cheap, but it's factory. There is probably a million other cheaper alternatives though.
Here's a link.....
