We are heading up to
Cooktown for 2 nights & then
Cape Tribulation for 2 nights & are thinking about doing a
Daintree River cruise. There are lots to choose from so was wondering if anyone had good or bad experiences to help us narrow the choice. We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 girls aged 11).
Thanks for all replies in advance.

Hi Leanne,
Went on a crock look trip one year in Nov and only after I paid I was told it was not the crock season, but the tea and scones were nice.....

Greetings,
we did the Bruce Belcher cruise in August - $25 each - very knowledgeable guide, coffee included, saw couple of cros including Fat Albert (over 5 metres).
7 one hour cruises per day so fits in
well with most travel plans.
Very enjoyable - recommended.

We also did the Bruce Belcher cruise about this time last year & we enjoyed it & thought it was good value for money. There were plenty of Crocs to spot & many good photo opportunities. The guide also pointed out a variety of bird life & gave us a good run down on their habits etc.We to would recommend it. Good luck & enjoy, its a great part of Oz to visit.
