Does it have a glass, drain-able bowel under it ?
If so, yes it will be suitable, I was looking for similar for the boat.
Obviously change the filter.

Gday Mainey
There is no glass bowl, but it is a drainable filter.
Thanks

Gday Mainey
I fitted the filter this morning and all works
well. I hadn't mentioned that it was a fuel filter. Silly me.
All i had to do was make a bracket and bolt down. Then put in some hoses because now the filter is on the other side of the motor..
The filter came from an old Daihatsu Rocky. all 8mm hoses and a drain in the bottom.
That may help with the boat.

the only thing that may be an issue is if the petrol is injected and which part of the line you put it in .Just be sure it is not in a high pressure area as it may go pop if its not rated for high pressure.

Thanks Vic S
The filter was put into the system just after the fuel pump, so there is no high pressure. About 6psi
