Hi

I just replaced the battery on my N15 1999 nissan pulsar. I had an aux battery temporarily hooked up so as not to loose 12v to the car but as luck would have it the clip dislodged and lost power to the car. The hazard lights flashed on and now when i try to start the car, the hazards flash but it wont start. The immobilizer button that came with the car never worked due to bad solder joints so we have never used it. Any suggestions.

thanks Kc

The immobilizer has armed itself . So look under dash for a very small switch this is the override button , you will need to follow wires back from the alarm module to locate this switch. From Graham

Yahoo... problem now fixed. ended up tracking down a nissan mechanic who knew how to get around the imobilizer by using a special sequence of ignition key switching.

thanks
