Hi All, was planning to head up to Maree and across to
Marla via
William Creek... leaving tomorrow.
Vehicle is Navara 4x4, but van is ONROAD eagle camper.
Transport SA website saying warning at ruts and
creek crossings. I heard reports a few weeks ago of the road being fairly chopped up and rising
creek crossing.
Has anyone here been through recently, or know anyone?
Would I get my onroad van through without drama?
Feedback very appreciated, otherwise we head up the bitumen.... which I don't want to do.
cheers
JJ

Flew over some of it today and walked around William Ck. Looks pretty good. Expect it was graded since the rains so the corrugations _may_ not be too bad which would be your worry with an onroad van.
Suggest you get on to the pinkroadhouse.com.au website and ring them about the conditions further up.
William Ck to
Coober Pedy has dips at the creeks which are mostly flagged and a section of ruts, maybe 30km, that limits users to 2 wheel tracks acc to
the pilot I flew with.
