Excellent article (even though I just skimmed thru it).
A sidepoint on storage of your digital images. While burning to CD or DVD is good, these storage devices do have a limited life - especially if exposed to light. I always back up all my photo's on my laptop, a 2nd backup on a portable hard drive and another backup on a usb stick.
Photo's are precious and you can never have too many backups.

Agreed. The bloke at my last photo school says keep the original SD cards as your
secure backup...somewhere fire proof of course...oldbaz.
