Uppy... long time between posts if you're the same Uppy.

I traversed the track back in 1993 (the initial re-opening). One bloke brought his dog along. The dog found a 1080 bait and passed away and is buried at Thursday Rock.

My advise is leave your best mate at home.

hi uppy
there would be a high risk of your dog finding a 1080 bait

as they would be all through there as the dingoes go from rock to rockhole to get a drink and have a habit of following wheel tracks as well

the holland trk and it's intersecting tracks also gives the govt doggers easy access to the dingoes habitat areas
so no dont take you dorg
cheers

Hi Uppy,

Yes - with the exception of Jilbadji Nature Reserve, Goldfields Woodlands Conservation Park and Kangaroo Hills Reserve.

See http://www.dec.wa.gov.au/ for more details.

Cheers
