Maybe a silly question but how do domestic fridges compare to car fidges with power use, bearing in mind the same volume? Not asking this queston about travelling with a domestic fridge but more so that I can claim my car fridge for work. I do understand that I can buy a large domestic fridge for the same price I can buy a small car fridge. Just a question out of Curiosity?

The frigdes will be about the same but you will spend a lot more on extension cords for a domestic fridge if you travel a lot.
