Hi Guys,

Is anyone using or know how good OZCharger battery chargers are?

http://www.ozcharge.com.au/store/12-volt-battery-chargers.html

They seem cheaper than the Ctek or Projector equivalent and come with a 2 year warranty.

Any feedback much appreciated

Happy travels

Probably the same country most other chargers including Ctek (and i guess Projecta) come from ..... China, which means nothing in this case. :)

Hi Locker

2 years ago I purchased a 24v Ozcharger for use in stand-by 'Blackstart' gen set at a mine site in West Africa. The charger has worked 24/7 in some very high ambients & humid and wet conditions since installation - no problems what so ever, if I ever had to replace the charger in my C/T I would seriously be looking at the 12v Ozcharger as the replacement.
No affiliation with the company at all - just seem's to be a good product..
Hope this helps.

Cheers
Howard.

Have one fitted in the Campervan so I can keep the deep cell aux. battery charged up whenever I hook up to 240v. Perfect!! Hasn't missed a beat. Recomended by my auto electrical guy who has fitted heaps for the same purpose to lots of RVer.s.

I bought the 8 amp Model No.: OC-SW121080 and had problems with it overheating (was too hot to hold in my hand). Phoned the distributor and they were concerned and asked me to take it back to the store of purchase to have sent back under warranty. Did so and it was replaced with a new unit with out any problems. The replacement seems to be behaveing itself so far.

Had one for 2 years without a hitch. Local 4by place has been selling them and never had a return.
