Hi all,

Today I installed a major update to the system code mainly related to places and the mapping systems around the site but upsets to other pars of the system are possible. Can you please be on the look out for errors with pages not loading or other major types of error and let me know either in this thread or via feedback.

David.

PS: The most of the changes are now showing in the places and mapping system however there are still a number of items being worked on. Enjoy.

Not sure this exactly what you're looking for David.

I tried "directions". "Zoom route" didn't seem to work, nor did "download". Altitude great - is that new?

Cheers

Hi M & M,

Your phone number "(02) 8003 7371" which should transfer to your Perth office, isn't working at the moment.

Hi David

Been looking at the My Plans Function but the "MY Plans" button is geryed out. Is that normal?

Alan,
It will be greyed out till you have something in MyPlans - When you open up an item on the map in the window that appears there is a DIsk Drive type icon in the upper RH Corner - hover over this and it will say Add to MyPlans. YOu can add heaps of stuff and then visit the MyPlans page to download the whole list or update features. The main advantage of MyPlans is that when you go to another page of come back later you can restore your saved MyPlans to allow you to continue building your trip plan.

Documentation is being worked on but give this a try and see if it works for you.

That is strange I have no other reports of this error at all - can you tell me what browser and version you are using? Also do you have some security product enabled - what is it?

Ifboth browsers are freezing then it would have to be something else on your machine. As a test try a ctrl+refresh to ensure it is not a caching issue. If this does not work just try s temp suspend on the avg system to see if this us the cause. If it is can you have a look in the avg reports to see what it is complaining about. As mentioned ihave had no other reports of issue . Let me know as I may also try logging in ad you to ensure it is not related to your profile for some reason.

Hi guys,

Having a problem from MyHome Page, then clicking on the button to go to Watched Threads. It gives a 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' error.
