There is good info on that threat Mick & as already said has been discussed a few times on the Forum. A couple of other threads on the same subject are # 69889 & # 77509 & might be worth a look at.

There are many points of view & the blokes who go off road & into the real Oz have a different need to an old codger like me who sticks to the black top pretty much. I can get enough excitement from SWMBI from her pointing out my shortcomings as a driver & a hubby!! LOL Bloody PIA anyway most times but I love her.

We have a system called Jet 400C which we purchased of Derek of ABR sidewinder, who is a member of this site. We just love the security of knowing that all is well behind us (or otherwise) rather than waiting for the "drag" created by a flat on the van & the very real likehood of damage should we get a flat.

Hi Michael

I have just recently bought a Tyredog Typre Pressure Management System from another member here, via the "Trader".

Where I actually live we have no sealed rolads for about 350km one way and 800 km the other way, so it is reasonable rough driving arounmd here. The Tyredog system seems to be working perfectly for me, but as I say, I am not one who does a lot of bitumen driving.

Cheers
Why travel overseas, you could travel Australia your entire life, and not see it all.
