I have a garrett turbo fitted to
mine by Turboglide in Woollongong. Very happy with it, pulls like a steam train now. 50% increase in Kw and Nm at 9PSI of boost.
Professionally fitted, dynod before and after fitment so you can compare and all at a fixed price with no hidden extras.
Have a look at www.turboglide.com.au

Turbglide reportedly do excellent work (my mate has their system)
Mine is a DTS system fitted by South Coast 4WD at the gong and I have had no dramas with the system.
Having said that aftermarket turbo installers usually turn the fuel up for the turbo(half to three quarters of a turn) While this is fine and presents no problems, the only way to have your vehicle's pump perfectly set for your new turbo is to put another 500 to 800 aside to have a specialist strip, clean and reset your pump for the turbo. That way all settings including auto advance are turbo compensated for.

I drive two 80 series one with a turboglide and the other is safari which is
miles better, much more go they may cost 800 more but they are the way to go the difference in cost over a few years is nothing for get and go.

Chris, I highly recommend Berrima Deisel for turbo's and all servicing of deisels. www.hinet.net.au/~deisel
they set it up as it should be and configure it to road conditions, not rollers in a workshop
