Hi
Does anyone know of any recent publications regarding wild or bush food foraging, particularly in WA?
The only ones I can find are over a decade old and I'm sure there has been some changes in the availability and maybe even the selection of wild herbs and or edible leaves ect.
I'd appreciate any links to any book for that matter that identifies wild foods in WA.
Kind Regards
Mike

ross or the man from robins bush foods.
did work and courses with these guys many years ago vic was an inspiration in my earlier bushfood cuisine career.
