Hi gunner,
I have heard it can be used for burly but is hard to keep on the hook but I can tell you now that if you can get your hands on some Razor fish you get 3 benfits 1.you can use the guts for burly
2. you can use the 2 litle white sacks in the guts for whiting bait
3. you can use the heart or as I call them scollop to fill ya tummy if number 1 & 2 dont work ! LOL!
Im not kidding I was in S/A and the whole package works a treat so good luck
Regards John.
P.S are you going to ask what a razor fish is ????

I for one know what Razorfish is!
Agree with the burley usage and double agree on the chewing on the hearts, cooked, raw it don't matter....sumptous!

What a waste of ox liver, dice it up and put in in the beef stew that you are cooking in the
camp oven.
The other esssential ingrediant is onions, but every one knows that???!.

Never tried ox liver.
Ox heart is what is normally used for whiting and I have seen some very good results.
