Hi All
Has anybody had anything to do with the CTEK 15 amp battery charger. My so called smart charger in my van is cooking my battery and I was looking at an alternative charger. I would appreciate any info.
Many thanks

Hello Monty, My Heaslip Slide On Camper was fitted with a CTEK battery charger which I left plugged into the 240v power at home 24/7 just to keep the battery charged and the 12v fridge ticking over. It was always plugged in when we at home or if in a park with power and in the 3.5 years we had it never a problem.

By the way the Heaslip Camper was the best bit of gear I have ever owned, only sold it to get my wife on the road more often by using the creature comforts a caravan to do so.

Hi Monty,

Have a ctek 25amp hooked up to caravan battery full time, also charges 3landcruiser batteries when I plug it into the van, had this setup for nearly 2yrs never misses a beat and am very happy with the charger.

All the best Warren.
