Where do you install a Tekonsha brake controller in a Terrano 2? I believe that they must not be more than 70 degrees from horizontal. As the dash is almost vertical, & under the dash is way too low it makes it very hard. Only idea That I can come up with is maybe in the ashtray opening.

How about in the storage bin under the ash tray, in front of the gear stick. If you grab the sides of it you can pull it out and maybe modify (cut it) to fit the controler, or make up a bracket to fit.

Good idea thank you ... but probably a last resort as one of the Terrano's shortcomings is a lack of storage spots. By the way, could you let me know how you go with fitting the Courier snorkel.

I get a bull bar on Thursday, so the snorkle is next on the "To Do" list.

What bull bar are you fitting? Be keen to see a photo when it's fitted, as I have been looking for one, I can only find fairly light duty ones like the ECB Adventure Tube Bar.

That's the one. Best of a bad lot. It is the only one I could find that is made from tempered alumunium, most others are made from comercial grade that polishes nicely but is soft as butter. It is also $300 cheaper than a replacement bumper, painted and fitted. I hope to fit it Thursday
