Data browsing pack just got way cheaper with Telstra

Today Telstra dropped thier charges for Data Browsing Packs.

Its $10 for 1Gb now. $20 for 2Gb etc

You need to ring them to change.

Thanks for the heads up.

Phoned Telstra to change over my $10 datapack from 150mb to 1gb and got the hard sell for a totally new plan. The consultant reckoned it couldn't be done as my old plan had expired.

I asked to referred to a supervisor and the consultant came back and said the supervisor was on another call but they would comply with my request. LOL

Not to do with browser packs BUT...........

Would like to also mention they have changed their plans for the USB Next G modem too, dont know when they changed.
I was paying $119.95 a month for 10Gb now I get 12Gb for $89.95 (2 year contract) plus a new faster modem.
Lucky I done a bit of browsing the other day and seen it because they didnt notify me, I would have just kept paying the $119.95.
